One Pot Chicken & Vegetables Bake..

Happy Humpday Family!  I’m trying to work on getting my Ebay & Etsy store filled for the Holiday season so I look for anyway I possibly can to save time. Cooking is one of them. Casseroles, the slow cooker and one pot/dish meals are such time savers for me! So I hope in the next few weeks/months to give you lots of recipes. You know I realized today what a difference a day makes. When it was October 31st I thought I’ve got plenty of time to work on my Granddaughters blanket set. I’ve got plenty of time to stock my stores then November 1st came.
Yikes Christmas is next month! How am I ever going to get everything done on time! See one day and the difference it makes. Anyway today I made chicken in my glass casserole dish. I love that dish! I didn’t take step by step photos as it is really pretty self explanatory so not a lot of instructions needed 🙂  It however was delicious!
Till we meet again..Mama Carol
  • Put your chicken is a greased casserole dish (I grease everything for easy cleanup later 🙂 I stuff it with an onion or two it really depends on the size of the onions. This gives it a wonderful flavor! I then sprinkled on Weber Kick’N Chicken seasoning. (This has become a staple in my house)  I cut up 4 carrots, 3 stalks of celery and 5 potatoes into bite size pieces and added them to the dish.I then poured about a cup of  low sodium chicken broth over the vegetables and cooked it on 350 for about 2 1/2 hours. Bon Appetit!
