Keto Friendly Steak Fajita Foil Pack Dinner

 

 

The other night we were watching tv and a commercial for a national tex mex restaurant came on showing their steak fajitas, my 6 year old got a bit over excited and declared that he wanted fajitas for dinner. If you know me, I try to make any meal simple and easy to cook, especially since I’ve got a house of picky eaters so I have to alter flavors for some. So while hubbys steak was simply cooked with a bit of BBQ sauce, mine and dear sons was made just as easily but a little different.

Foil Pack Steak Fajitas

A Quick & Easy recipe for oven baked steak fajitas.

  • 3 Oz Flank Steak
  • 1/4 cup Frozen Peppers & Onions Mix
  • 1 tsp fajita seasoning
  1. Lay a sheet of tin foil out flat.

  2. Add steak, peppers, onions, and sprinkle with fajita seasoning.

  3. Wrap tightly (this will allow steam to help cook your food, and keep the steak tender.

  4. Cook at 400* For approx. 25 minutes- depending on thickness of your steak.

  5. Serve over cauli rice or with your favorite low carb tortilla.

  • I just started a Keto Diet or at least I am trying and since I love Fajitas and our whole family will eat them I am going to make this next week. Because like you I also have a houseful of picky eaters.
