It’s Another Laptop Lunch Under 400 Calories..

     Happy Humpday Family! Is this week flying by or what! Well if you are like me everyday is another challenge on what to eat, especially for lunch. So I am trying to have my lunches made ahead of time whether in a jar or in a container, however as long as I can just reach in the fridge and grab I am a happy person! It does help keep me on track as well. The past 3 weeks have been very challenging and I am trying my hardest to do this and STAY on track! I am sharing  what I make so you can copy and hopefully help you out as well. This is what went into today’s lunch…
1 slice fresh pineapple (Approx 1 inch thick)
8 cherry tomatoes with 1 tsp Panera Bread Fuji Apple Dressing
2 slices Sara Lee 45 Calorie & Delightful Wheat Bread with 2 0z Oscar Mayer Deli Thin Turkey & Ham (Approx 6 slices)
1/2 tsp mayo
1 slice Sargento Thin Provolone
1/2 oz cashews (Approx 10 whole or 20 pieces)
Total =383 calories with 23 grams of protein!!
