Happy Harvest Chicken Salad
We’re Back! I know it’s been a while. But we’re back, and what better time to come back then #blogtober! We’re here to help you through the holidays with recipes, crafts, and more.
We’re kicking off this month of blogs with an awesome recipe I prepped for my lunches as I’m now following WW (Formally Weight Watchers). In my first 4 weeks I lost 18lbs! Then I got a bit side tracked, but I’m getting back on the train and getting back at it.
Happy Harvest Chicken Salad:
2 Medium Chicken Breast (Or 10 oz)
1 Medium Apple Cored and Chopped
1/4 C Shredded Carrots
1/2 C Grapes cut in half
1/8 C Chopped Celery
1/8 C Walnuts
1/8 C Dried Cranberries
1/2 C Plain nonfat Greek yogurt
3 TBS Mayonnaise
1 Tsp Mr.Dash/21 Seasoning Salute or your favorite herb seasoning
Mix All Ingredients Together and enjoy. I find the flavor much better after a few hours, as the ingredients have time to marry.
