Carb & Keto Friendly Pizza Salad In A Jar

     Hello Family! Once again I am revamping older recipes and making them friendlier for me in carbs and sugars. I’m glad I decided on this recipe today because not only is it one of my favorites but the dressing I had used is no longer available so revamping it is! And I took it from 15 carbs and 5 grams of sugar down to 5 carbs and 2 grams of sugar. SCORE! You know when you are looking for those blends of Italian seasoning but also want the pepperoni & cheese. Well this recipe has it all. The only thing missing is the crust. And its in a jar! Who knew?

 So without further adieu here we go!

Carb & Keto Friendly Pizza Salad In A Jar

  • 2 Tbsp Kens Steak House Lite Italian Dressing w/Basil & Romano
  • 4 1/4 Inch Tomato Slices
  • 10 Slices Pepperoni (I used Hormel Regular)
  • 1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (I used Kraft Reg not Fat Free)
  • 2 Cups Chopped Lettuce
  • 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
  1. Layer in jar (I used a 1 qt) as stated starting with the dressing,tomato slices, cheese, etc. Before eating give the jar a shake. Either use a fork and eat it right from the jar or pour into a bowl or on a plate.

7 grams carbs, 2 grams fiber so 5 total carbs. 2 grams sugar, 13 grams protein
